Hello Everybody,
Had an awesome leg workout this am! That made 3 weight workouts for the week. I am also over 5 cardio workouts for the week and I will still do 3 more before class tomorrow night. I have awesome energy levels through the day - I hope everyone else is feeling great! I sure do crash at night though and sleep like a baby. Trying to come up with a name for my team other than Team Tracy. Any ideas let me know (good ones). One more day until weigh in! Good luck
