WOW what an amazing start to the day! Got up and did my cardio and shoulder workout. Then onto take Johnny & Jimmy's Suspension Class. Eating has been great! Started out with a protein smoothy with kale, 1/6th of banana, 1/2 apple, and pea protein shake. YUMMY! Then a Grass Fed T-Bone Steak with Eggs and sauce made with fresh mushrooms, kale, onions and drippings from steak. Full and happy! Thinking of my partners in crime, Kelly & Laura!

Beginning Paleo Diet - 11/2/12
Time to blog again!
In the advanced class we have some people with interesting dietary issues and are reading about the benefits of the Paleo diet. We are incorporating what we are learning as we go along, and this week my two goals, (tracking meals and a gallon of water every day), will help to better understand what is happening and what may trigger certain things.
Hopefully our studies can help us to understand our bodies and how we can be healthy and happy :)
