Today is a typical Monday……I packed my lunch"es" for today and have stuck to them well. Everyone around me was eating take out pizza and I had my pork tenderloin with onions and green beans and WATER, WATER, WATER!!! Tomorrow will be the test as I will be stuck at the office until probably 9am for meetings on and off. The last one starting at 5:30. These are the days I usually drink lots of Red Bull. I have been on with keeping that to 1 small can a day as it was part of my habit to change, so I am hoping I can stay on this track. Off to have some yogurt.
