Happy St.Patty's to you all! I had a good workout this morning with Johnny. Saw Team Sheen member Kayla as well. I could tell she had a awesome workout due to the "glow". I agree with you all, this is what we all needed and Pearla knew it. Not a bit competative are we........ However, at the end of this girls day, I am doing it for me. I will do the logs this week and take the "administrative" time I need to really look at this and what I am doing in black and white. Next missing link for me. It was a good week last week for everyone and I am sure we will all have our own great successes this next week. Go team!!
