Team Tracy:  I'm sitting on the bike getting some cardio in as I type.  I had a  perfect day yesturday and plan on having another today...I'm scared that our Team Capt. Tracy will kick my butt if I don't!  Can't speak for Johnny, let's just say I'm only responsible for myself!  LOL

Team Henry: This weekend will be the time to take advantage of gaining points ahead team Tracy as one person I know...no names...but he lives with me, only has 5 points today...AUGH
