Today is the big day……I was happy with what my home scale said this morning, however, I was naked and it was first thing in the morning, Anyway, I feel better and have been re-motivated so that is what I am holding onto. GO KAYLA on the elliptical! You can catch Henry in a race. It sounds like everyone is moving and paying good attention to the habits that will keep us going in the right direction.
