Okay….No more blogging while on the stationary bike! (isn't that an OSHA violation or something……?) THIS teammate of Team Henry, Kayla, and Meg has been ON! I am embracing the routine again. It feels good to make this a priority. I am going to do like Shannon says…."Be Fierce"! I think we need to name our team, "Team Charlie Sheen" 'cause he is "winning"! He is on, and he is all that! (or so he says) We are on, we are winning and we are all that. Positive thinking and positive actions will bring positive points and results. I am more than half way through the water today, trying to get this gallon in me earlier so as to make sleeping more sound without a trip to the bathroom…..although I do have to use the stairs each time so maybe, and additional exercise points???? I am hoping to hear from Henry, Kayla and Meg…..unless they are too busy exercising and gaining points to blog….. Go Team! Laura
