3/21 - Laura

Having a good day and feeling good. I realize how eating every couple of hours again consistantly, makes me feel more "even keeled" all day long. Not having the crazy hunger or energy ups and downs that you don't even realize until they are gone that you were having. I am striving to keep this routine daily. It is really important for my SANITY as well as physically. Good luck everyone! Stay focused!
