Happy snowing Thusday…WTF?? I have had enough of the white stuff. So far, so good for today. I will be going out to dinner tonight for a friend's birthday, but so far today have been on. I will get the water in prior and all my meals but the last one. I spent time walking our warehouse (1/2 mile from my office to back end of building, so it makes for a good walking area). I am planning to have a healthy meal out and no alcohol (I know, crazy for me, but I am committed). I have started again doing little things to add to my exercise routine. I park at the end of the parking lots, take stairs again not elevators, I go up the stairs 2 at a time for that extra "glutes" workout. See Johnny, I know THAT muscle…. I am just trying to add that little extra bit each day that over time will add up. Have a good day everyone and GO TEAM!!
