Wow!! Sounds like everyone is having a great week! Nice! I stepped on the scale this morning and it had not changed from last week. Wanted to run my head into the wall. I know better than to step on the scale because it messes with my head, so an additional bad habit I want to stop is stepping on the scale and leave it to Wednesday only. I want to go by how I feel. I have been doing what I should so I need to go with whatever happens. Just ate my chicken, black beans and salad. More than half through the water so I am on track today even with all the distractions. Keep up the good work everyone and CONGRATS Tracy and Cristal!!! See everyone tomorrow.
