thursday - day one week 3

Hi gang

Thanks everyone who handed in score sheets last night – next week – let’s hope for 100% submission for Weight Loss wonders team (team#2)

IF we all participate- at least we have a chance at the game…

 

With this cold and damp weather – comfort food is on my mind –and comfort food was my downfall before I changed my eating habits.

I promised my husband meatballs and spaghetti tonight – Thursday is our night to eat dinner together –

I did not want pasta because of the carbs, so I made spaghetti squash for myself –

Boy was it GOOD!

Turkey meatballs, homemade tomato marinara sauce and spaghetti squash… yummy

Who needs the pasta???

There is always a way to invent tasty dishes with the BETTER/Healthier food choices… thanks Pearla, for your constant inspiration

Missed bootcamp this week but worked out by myself today and my goal is to work out every day -

…. Work is getting back to normal – 50 hour week – so I expect to get back  into my routine starting Monday.
