Back to writing my goal on my wrist. Need a reminder of the "prize" at
the end of this six week journey. Not really looking forward to the
scale tomorrow night but will deal with whatever it shows. Had all
the good intentions of being super good while in DC but not the
willpower. Sorry Teammates! But I am tracking points this week and
now I just need to get my butt out of bed in the morning to get the
cardio in before getting ready for work.
