Yeah… It’s All Good team for getting in all our scores this week
We are in the game – so that is a great start!!!
If we stay strong and make every effort to maximize individual points – we have a chance
Goal post is close and we will not drop the ball J
Packing for NY trip and really stressing over being able to have my 6 meals a day. No oven or microwave when we are hiking or riding so trying to pack foods that can be eaten cold and still provide my protein and low carb(after 3) etc
Back in the day, I would pack sandwiches – but now I need to get creative and do it without the bread and deli meats
Any suggestions would be welcome!!!
Have a strong and great weekend – lots of sun tomorrow so great opportunity to get out there and get active
