Blog -May8th-Brittany

Good Morning.
It has been a while since I have blogged and truthfully I think it is because my motivation/ self control over the past couple of weeks has not been very good. I have been giving into cravings a lot more and not following the plan like I know that I should. I am writing this in hopes that I can get myself focused again. I have been exercising religiously so I think that that is helping with maintenance but I am not doing what I need to do to lose. So with that said it is a new day and a new hour. I am focusing myself and I am going to try journaling to see if I can see any patterns with my cravings (time of day, day of the week, etc.). We will see. Hope everyone is doing well.
