Wed 4/25 - Kelly

Hi guys!  I apologize to my team for not keeping up with blogging.  It looks like everyone is doing well!  I'm adjusting to new easy-on-the-knee cardio, but can't wait until I can get back into the groove I was in before. I'm very excited to fix it and move on!  I had to cut back on my food intake since not as much fuel is needed at the moment.  This weekend I made gluten/dairy/soy free meatballs, basically just ground turkey with onions and jalapenos, it was really convenient for a quick meal every couple of hours and help me get more meals in during the weekend.  I'm looking forward to seeing everyone tonight!!
