What a great day so far! Last night after class my boyfriend and I went grocery shopping and we bought nothing bad. All fresh produce and lean meats. I was going to buy some hummus but I know my self and even though it is a healthy dip I know I can't just eat one serving so I had it in my cart and decided to put it back. Worked out with Pearla and Kelly this morning at 6:30 AM. Have been on track with my eating today. Clean meals every 2-3 hours. I'm half way through my gallon of water and it feels great! Hope everyone else is having a great day!
