After my workout with Pearla, which is ALWAYS great, I had to go to
Hannaford to get something to cook for dinner. Normally I would go for
the not so good easy thing like pasta, and perhaps along the way pick
up something small from the bakery. Just a little thing that wouldn't
derail me too much. I'm happy to say I just picked up a little shrimp
and sauteed it up with some veggies. It was still quick and easy, but
I feel much better about the choice. And no Dessert!!! And yes, this
means I don't have my weekly plan done. Good luck to everyone,
although a little more to my teammates. And Happy Brithday to Rachel!
