So I've dicovered that
1. I'm hungry!, but at about the right time when I should be which is
a good thing.
2. Getting back to drinking the water and not soda is good, but not
when my glutes are "killing" me from Pearla's butt-kicking the last
two workouts! :-)
So I'm going to remember a recent quote I read somewhere...
"If you're tired of starting over again, STOP QUITTING!" So I pledge
to myself that this is the last time I'm going to start over!
