Just finished week 2 of challenge – how did everyone do?
I think the lose bad habit and reinforce good habit piece is hard for me – the bad habit wants to stay with me and I have been trying to shake it for quite some time – but thankfully this game is keeping it on my radar J
Can’t wait for tonight’s class to see how everyone else did
Not so sure about the weigh in – the whole scale thing messes with me….
