hi there
how is everyone doing today? still staying strong?
had a great workout with shannon last night and then went home to roast
chicken (no skin) - Pearla and Brenda raise some tasty chickens - and SOOO good
for you - it was delish!
trying to work on my good habit this week - and was able to go 2 days
straight on breaking bad one (no eating after 9PM) - working really long days
and late nights this week and next so that one is more of a challenge than it
seems :)
see you in class tomorrow
