Hello gang!
Never realized how reliant I was on my own packed meals /measured –portioned etc. I really had a challenge this week with dinner meetings every night and menu hell. Not good choices out there when it comes to restaurant dining. But taking Pearla’s advice I chose grilled chicken and salad – although on a few occasions that was not even on the menu- so I asked the wait staff and chef to accommodate me J
The challenge to me was not ordering a tasty favorite but finding something on the menu that was a healthy choice …
I am looking forward to getting back to my exercise /cardio routine and bootcamp Saturday morning with Shannon.
