Bad Habit - Brittany
So I have given thought to my bad habit of binging. It is truly once a week at most so it could almost be considered a cheat meal. I then realized that my real bad habit is that I weigh myself daily sometimes twice a day. It messes with my head too so I think that I should change my bad habit to No weighing during the week. I couldn't do it before when I made it a goal but I think I can do it if I feel like I will be penalized.

Brittany - I used to weich myself too at morning and night. Dorve myself crazy. One thing I remember about it was that if I didn't eat particulary well, and still lost weight, I would justify continuing to eat bad knowing that I could still lose weight doing it because the scale told me so. All those years it just slowed progress down. I think it's a really "good" bad habit to work on. Good Luck! - Kim
