Good morning everyone! Kelly I know just how you feel. I break my weight lose in decades of pounds and I am struggling to break another decade. I have been working on this decade for months and months, at times feel I'm never going to break it. The only thing that keeps me going when I don't see the scale move is that my clothes are fitting me better. I don't think we're asking for much just a little sign to keep us going. I hear Johnny saying "you're getting healthier, that's all that matters, just keep going". Without that encouragement I probably would have given up. I haven't lost a huge amount of weight but have gone from a size 18 pants to a size 12. And I know it's shifting, toning, strengthening and shrinking. So the whole program is working. We just need to stay focused and on track. Grace
