While I am not a guacamole fan, I thought I would pass along this healthy tip I just heard from the "Healthy Girl" cooking show.
When making your guacamole dip, cut the avocado amount in half and use blended peas. The mashed peas don't change the taste, but change the fat content. Then mix with greek yogurt, garlic and whatever else you like in your dip.
