Looking for the best way to cook the meat bought from the Farm lady that visits class. I can't seem to get it anything short of shoe leather.....any new ideas would be great. I have baked, broiled, pan cooked, marinated, not marinated, etc. Bison I am not great with either. Suggestions? Recipes? Ideas? I will be grateful for all.
