Saturday - Laura

Gotta love the second day after a leg workout.....ouch. I have added Faro to my new foods supply. Good cold, warm or even for breakfast. Add chicken, spinach, fruit, the additions and options are endless. Easy to eat on the fly food and easy to prepare. Have a strong second half to the weekend everyone!
