I should be on Holiday….not at work. Oh well. My horoscope made reference to having the determination to get my diet back on track. Okay, I will take it!! I have had a stomach bug for 3 days, sh-t everything out, and I STILL show a gain on the scale. WTF???? I am not going to THINK anymore, just do and hope that it all catches up to me.
