Today is a good day! Feeling motivated to go home and sweat!! Definitely need to increase my cardio each week. Went out to lunch at work and got my favorite cucumber salad and added a veggie burger for protein. Feeling good. As we all mentioned this last week, time to tighten it up. I know for me, it is easy to get bogged down with the BS and not include my needs. I am going to try to change that and make my workouts, food needs, water, schedule a priority. My assistant at work will be blocking off my training times so I can't be scheduled for anything else that will conflict. I think that is a great first step!!! Have a strong weekend everyone!
