Sunday ~ Laura

About to start my weekly cooking and portioning for the week.  One day closer to my 7:30 am leg workout…….how do you prepare to go into battle??  Henry??  Sounds like you will be getting a good butt kickin' on Monday also.  I would love to hear what everyone eats before a good workout.  I have been finding that oatmeal with protein powder sustains me well, but it gets old.  I am interested in some other ideas.  Have a good Sunday everyone and power on.
