Embracing positive changes sounds like a GREAT practice for all.
This weekend we are at a basketball tournament with Kortney. We packed our food to take with us and as we are having a family picnic in the back of the Jeep, I found myself so grateful for a clean eating lifestyle and how it allowed me to spend more time with my family.
