Okay....where are all Team Sheens blogs??? Get those fingers bloggin'.....
I walked first thing this morning in the crisp beautiful morning air. Love it. I only have a small window as I DO NOT do bugs, black flies or humidity. I must be a decendant of royalty somewhere in my pampered ass background. Ha ha. I hope to get another walk on the treadmill tonite after doing some cooking for the week. Be good everyone and go team!!
