Happy Sunday Everyone,
Started with Basketball Practice in Durham at 8am...and now just getting in from getting my butt kicked by Kort playing HORSE and Pitching and Catching for a couple of hours. A couple more hours of cooking and it'll all be done!
Pre-Workout Meals: Best is your oatmeal and protein. You can also grab a shake w/ 1/2 grapefruit, or Greek Yogurt with dry oats in it.
